Zack’s “Quick” Rundown: This KC team is really turning back around man. Watch out. So I updated my Model Z a little extra this week after reviewing everyone on PFF and check this out. You remember when the KC secondary was the weakness? They now have 3 corners in the top 20 CBs on PFF (Fenton 3rd, Hughes 5th and Ward 20th). Staying on the PFF theme, they also have the #1 Center (Humphrey) and plenty more in the top 30 of their position as you would imagine all over this team. Outside of straight up talent, what else to we want to think about in this matchup? Both teams have some under the radar but significant players on the inactive list (KC IDL Chris Jones and LAC LT Rashawn Slater) so keep that in mind. I don’t know, I’m just all about this KC team at this point. I think they’re back on offense and better on defense, while this Chargers team is so unpredictable this year. I think Mahomes, Hill and Kelce ball out tonight against a sub-par defense, and handles this field goal spread on the road.
